Today I started animating the next scene/shot within the animation. This scene shows C-13 enter the cell landing in a heroic fashion as he believes he has escaped zone 3000. Everything is going well so far. There are still some parts left to do like his final reaction at his imprisonment and the added camera movement as he does a little hop when he lands.
Hi Tom. Looking good. Although you need more movement (in the body) between the landing and the head move. 3D is different to 2D, using a static pose in 2D is fine but in 3D you should keep things moving (throughout the whole of your character). Think more 'moving hold' as opposed to just holding.I realise he's a robot but even then things continue to move with momentum /force / gravity.
